Import the mailbox's backup in Outlook

  1. Log in to your mailbox in Outlook.
  2. Navigate to File > Info > Account Settings
  3. Select Account Settings
  4. The window will appear where you should select tab Data files
  5. Click there Add
  6. You need to specify the backup file that you’d like to attach and click
  7. After the data file is added and appears in the list, click Close
  8. The new mailbox appears in the Outlook.
